Loved this cosplay. Made everything you see from scratch--except the boots. (they were pretty tight, haha)
I worked especially hard on the guitar, which actually does play (all real parts too, minus a pickup). I love Haruko. Next up is her motorcycle helmet.
Got any questions? Suggestions? Please let me know!
Thanks to Gavin, my lovely fiancé, for taking these pictures!
Look around in Pawn Shops, sometimes you run into little treasures. Found an EB-0 once, sadly it was pretty messed up and not worth the effort, trying to find myself a Flying V though but its slim pickings and expensive when it comes to the old original ones.

Yeah, I scoured local shops but found nothing. So I blew up a photo of the model I liked and cut it out of wood. And sanded and polished and painted it. Good luck with the Flying V!
Oh yeah, would love to get my hands on a Flying V but those things are worth more than my car hah, well at least the original ones. I'm kind of a stickler for that stuff and wouldn't buy anything but the original production run in the 50s or the beginning of the second production run in the late 60s, not like they've changed much or at all its just I like to go for broke when it concerns stuff like this heh. Granted I'd probably never play the thing because I'm honestly not that good at it. Mostly a "Hang in my office" thing for me but I totally want it because its A) Awesome and B) Awesome also C) in FLCL lol.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
